Exhibitor Application Information

The Chesapeake Green Living Festival is for companies and organizations, both for- and non-profit, in the business of providing products and information that promotes a greener living environment.

It is the first Chesapeake-centric exhibition of healthy and Green products, services, and information that will showcase the smart choices attendees can make to life Earth-friendly lives while saving money.

Organizers expect the festival to draw 3000-5000 attendees over two days for exhibits, demonstrations, talks, how-to sessions, food, and fun. National and regional exhibitors will focus their presentations on environmental issues unique to this region while addressing global topics as well. Consumers who want to learn to save energy – and therefore, money, connect with environmental organizations, remodel and landscape their homes with Green materials and practices, learn to cook and eat in an Earth friendly manner, are the target audience.

Businesses and non-profit organizations who wish to exhibit must provide information on how their businesses and practices are, indeed, Green, so that we may provide attendees with truly Green products and information. The festival will be aggressively marketed by the organizers throughout the region with multimedia advertising and a publicity campaign.

Venue

The Festival will be held at the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds in Crownsville, conveniently located just minutes from downtown Historic Annapolis with convenient access to Route 50 and Route 97. The location is approximately equal distance from Washington, DC, and Baltimore.
